Twelve years ago, Dialtone was one truck and one guy doing telecom installations in Edmonton, Alberta. Now Dialtone provides installation, repair, and training services in the telecommunications industry throughout Western Canada.
Growing the Right Way
Growth is exciting, but it also comes with growing pains. What has helped us through the challenges is a clear sense of vision for where we want to take Dialtone, supported by our core values. Michael Agouros (link to his spotlight) started Dialtone to create an agile and innovative approach to telecommunications. It is one thing to say that we deliver quality service, but we constantly adapt and work to make sure that we continue to provide the best we can for all our customers.
We couldn’t grow the way we have without the support of our Dialtone field crews and our trainers. Each time we add to the team, it is important that we find people who value quality service, innovation, safe work environments, and open communication.
